Location services and sharing your information
Some of the services we provide may use information about your location.
For these services, which are generally available on mobile devices or applications, you may be able to give your consent to use location-based services that, for example, process information from GPS, sensors, beacons or Wi-Fi access points to provide you with a more personalized service. Nothing in these Terms of Use constitutes a transfer of intellectual property rights.

Unless otherwise stipulated, the information and Documents of Nour By Jahan presented on the Platforms are presented solely for the purpose of promoting Nour By Jahan’s products and services and, in certain cases, to present products for sale through a variety of means. Nour By Jahan makes no representation that the Nour By Jahan Documents are appropriate or available for use in all countries of the world. You are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, keeping in mind that access to the Nour By Jahan Documents may not be legal for certain persons or in certain countries. Our products are available in many parts of the world. However, the Platforms may identify products that are not available worldwide.
If any provision, or part of any provision, of the Legal Policies are held to be invalid or deemed invalid pursuant to a law, regulation or final decision of a competent court, they shall be deemed to be unwritten and the other provisions shall remain in force.
These Legal Policies constitute the entire agreement between You and Us with respect to the use of the Platforms. They supersede and extinguish all prior agreements, draft agreements, understandings, undertakings or collateral agreements entered into by the parties, of whatever nature, whether oral or written, relating to such subject matter.

The Terms of Use and Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without reference to conflict of laws.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms of Use, including as to the validity, invalidity, breach or termination thereof, shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland, subject to a right of appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal in Lausanne.
